No refunds after reservation confirmation
If affected by typhoons or rain warnings, one free reschedule is allowed
Assistance for return trip is about HKD 100, depending on distance

Remarks:

Water activities carry certain risks; please assess your ability and assume responsibility
Children participating in kayaking activities must be at least 6 years old and accompanied by a parent
A late fee of HKD 50 per kayak will be charged for every half-hour overdue; any additional time under half an hour will be charged as half an hour
Damages or loss of equipment will require full compensation
